You can come to the kitchen to see the Chef cook your piece of beef.

Our butcher Hugues Burgalières uses all his know-how to mature this exceptional Limousin beef for us.
Wine not included, you will choose your wine in the Cellar.
A Fondue Pelaude + homemade gourmet dessert
Limousin red meat, 5 raw vegetables, a potato gratin, 4 all homemade sauces.
In the fondue pot you cook your meat in a Chef's preparation which is neither oil nor wine.
Everything is at will.
The homemade dessert highlights the know-how of our Chef.
