From 2026, Le Ranch des Lacs will evolve into a Guest House & Table d'Hôtes , open 7 days a week all year round , with a more intimate and personalized experience.
The catering offer will be adapted to this new format , with reservations and in connection with the accommodation .

- Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance for your meal (starters, main courses, desserts).
- Service for accommodation clients: 7 days a week by reservation .

👨🍳 Special Menus
- Children's menu (under 10 years old): main course + fruit salad.
- Vegetarian menu : starter, main course, dessert with seasonal vegetables/fruits.
- If you have a food intolerance, we adapt, we cook for you!
🍲 Signature Dishes
- Fondue Pelaude – (Limousin red meat, 200g unlimited, raw vegetables, sauces, homemade gratin) – it can be served every day, mandatory on Tuesday evenings .
- O'céane Fondue – (Atlantic monkfish, fondue style)
- Fondue menu for families/groups – €40/person.
