What is Fondue Pelaude?Adult €30 A complete taste experience.
Fondue Pelaude is a house creation. A signature dish. It's based on the principle of Fondue Bourguignonne, a Limousin beef fondue. Our artisan butcher is Hugues Burgalières. This beef fondue isn't cooked in oil; instead, the meat is cooked in Chef Jules' own preparation of 33 spices and small vegetables. The 200g of meat per person is a starter, and you can eat as much as you like! It's accompanied by 5 crudités, 4 sauces, and a homemade potato gratin*. For 30 years, we've served Fondue Pelaude at weddings, baptisms, reunions, birthday parties—in short, all of life's special occasions. We hope we've answered your question. It's definitely worth trying if you haven't already! One of the 33 spices is "REVIENSY." *For those with a bigger appetite, you can order an additional potato gratin for €6 per portion.

To make this Fondue Pelaude, we use a brunoise of frozen raw vegetables, and for our sauces we use a Heinz mayonnaise base which we season ourselves.

For fish lovers, we have the O'céane Fondue , similar to the Pelaude Fondue but with monkfish (cheeks), and it's not all-you-can-eat. €32 per person, minimum for 2 people. Reservations are essential as we only use Atlantic-caught monkfish.

XXXL rib steakWhole cut of beef, aged for a minimum of 9 weeks. Limousin breed. Serves 1, 2, or 3 people. Sold by weight per whole cut, approximately 1.5 kg. Cooked once. Served with salad and potato gratin. €105 per kg. Pre-order required.
XXXL Ribeye Steak, whole cut, aged for a minimum of 9 weeks. Limousin beef. Serves 1-2 people, sold by weight per whole cut (approximately 1 kg), cooked once. Served with salad and potato gratin. €105/kg, advance booking required .

Coutancie beef, exceptional meat, lightly matured 6 to 9 weeks, the rib of +/- 1.5 kg at €150 per kg , sold as a whole rib, must be reserved 1 week in advance.

"Based on 29 years of experience, we plan for +/- 450 to 500 grams per person. For cooking at noon, the meat is taken from the cold room around 9 a.m.; and for cooking around 8 p.m., it is taken from the cold room around 5 p.m. This is why it is essential to order in advance. If you don't eat everything, a takeaway package is available.
